Tanweer Ahmed started his carrier in 1989 as a shift manager at Jack in the Box while completing his studies. 6 months later he was promoted to RGM. He managed to increase the sale, profit, customer service through his vision & hard work. This is where his passion started in the fast food.

In 1993 he was hired as General Manager by TACO BELL. Just in three months, promoted to an Area Manger. He set up new training and cost control program & was part of the team who designed this program for corporate. The program is still in place even though there have been more modifications. He was awarded the President’s Club Award and the area ranked number 2 in the entire nation for three years.

He developed a system to have a successful opening of new stores. He always emphasize on the training and hire the management team the moment we go under construction. This allows him to fully train and gives them knowledge about the brand. They hire enough crew to have a smooth opening. Complete training is provided at certified training stores. A day before opening, He always has a family night dinner where all the families of employees are invited. Doing so it insures that, all the equipment’s are working. We also get to see the capabilities of the crew and with this opportunity, we take appropriate actions to have a flawless opening.

In 1996 he joins as CFO in NCCI the Largest courier company in California who employees over 550 employees. Having a degree in Finance, always helpful in making the financial decisions.

In 2007 He established his own organization PAK Foods. It was a huge task to take over 15 locations at the same time. Throughout his carrier, He faced many challenges and have never faced any challenge which was not achievable. His philosophy is still intact that “My character is revealed by the clarity of my convictions, the choices I make and the promises I keep. By holding strongly to my principles, I refuse to follow the currents of convenience” This helped his a lot to put his vision to action and have been very successful. His courage of turning the negative EBITDA to a Positive EBITDA is a true reflection and do define his success.

Successful businesses require dedicated and visionary management teams that are committed to taking the necessary action to insure success. Today there is no shortage of it in tanweer’s organization and have the leadership skills and team necessary to influence the actions and behavior of others to achieve organizational goals. Tanweer believes that an effective organization is goal-directed, goal oriented, positive, determined, loyal, results-oriented, empathetic and strong. I intend to be that type of management team. Time after time, I have proven myself.

Currently his Organization grew from 1 store to 153 stores in Texas, Nevada, Arizona and Colorado with over 4500 employees in 4 States.
